JC-K-110-2 Series JIU CHEN Melting Furnace is equipped with Thermocouple, SSR, AI Temp-erature Controller. It is specially designed and constructed for melting metals for casting and alloying of metal up to 1300oC.

 110V-2Kw Furnace is made for casting, reclaiming, alloying, and refining gold, silver and other metals with similar or lesser melting temperatures. Equipped with electronic temperature controls with digital displays, these melters can reach a maximum temperature of 2010F (1100C). The digital temperature control will prevent overshoot and protect the heating element from overheating.  Tongs are provided to easily remove crucible.

  JIU CHEN furnace is designed for handheld pouring directly from the specially designed crucible and tongs.  The crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace using the specially designed tongs that are provided with the furnace.
